These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including its content, products, resources, and services. By accessing or using the Site or making a purchase through the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and Services

Through the Site, we may offer or provide books, signed books, merchandise, digital products, educational resources, clinician and professional tools, consulting services, speaking services, and other products or services.

Product and service descriptions, pricing, availability, and features may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale or provision of any product or service where permitted by law.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is due at checkout and is processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers made available through the Site.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when making a purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized transactions, or other order-related issues.

3. Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Digital Products

Physical and digital purchases may be subject to additional policies presented through the Site or during checkout, including our Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Digital Products Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the policies applicable to that purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable policy or required by law, digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of electronically delivered content.

4. Digital Products and License

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within that product.

Unless expressly authorized, digital products may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, distributed, shared, resold, sublicensed, modified for resale, or made available to others.

Certain clinician or professional resources may include materials specifically designated for use with the purchaser's own clients or within the purchaser's professional practice. Where such permission is expressly provided with a product, the purchaser may reproduce only the materials designated for that purpose and only within the scope of the license provided.

Purchase of a clinician or professional resource does not authorize sharing the complete resource with colleagues, organizations, other clinicians, training participants, or third parties unless an applicable license expressly permits such use.

Additional licensing terms included with an individual product will control if they differ from this general provision.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, branding, videos, educational materials, frameworks, worksheets, downloads, product designs, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to LaQuita Norris, LLC d/b/a LaQuita Willis, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

6. Educational and Professional Information

The Site includes information and resources related to healing, trauma, mental health, relationships, personal growth, professional practice, and related subjects.

This content is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized mental health, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Although LaQuita Willis is a licensed clinical social worker and trauma therapist, use of this Site, purchase of a product, viewing of content, participation in an educational offering, or communication through the Site does not create a therapist-client relationship.

7. Clinician and Professional Resources

Resources intended for clinicians or other professionals are educational tools and are not a substitute for independent professional judgment, appropriate training, assessment, supervision or consultation, ethical obligations, or compliance with applicable licensing laws and professional standards.

Professionals are responsible for determining whether and how a resource is appropriate for a particular client, population, setting, or situation.

8. Speaking and Consulting Services

Speaking engagements, consulting arrangements, trainings, workshops, or other professional services may be governed by separate proposals, agreements, contracts, or invoices.

If a separate written agreement applies to a service, the terms of that agreement will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms regarding that service.
