Target Audience: Clinicians, grad students, researchers needing your trauma expertise, organizational mental health input, or dissertation support.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling All sessions must be scheduled through the online booking system. Discovery Calls and Speaker Consultation Calls are complimentary and must be booked in advance. Paid Consulting and Coaching sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance through the booking system. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Discovery Calls and Speaker Consultation Calls may be rescheduled once if needed. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show. No-shows for paid services will not be refunded. Repeated no-shows for free calls may result in being unable to book future complimentary sessions. Lateness If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. Payment Payment for Consulting and Coaching sessions is required in full at the time of booking. Speaking engagements follow a separate proposal, contract, and invoicing process. Communication & Follow-Up Confirmation emails (with Zoom links) are sent automatically at booking. Reminder emails are sent 24 hours before each session. Any follow-up resources, notes, or agreements will be provided via email after your session.
